Trip to the zoo


Trip to the zoo to see the new penguin exhibit with our out of town visitors.

    Hi luxhuxley. Lux did you see some Penguins at the zoo? Maybe you can convince the Seattle guys to send some penguins to Vancouver. But we have white whales. And they are really something aren't they? We loved the pictures of you guys, and nice to see Grandma and Grandpa. Did you have fun with them? Do you miss them? I'll bet they miss you and your brother and Mom and Dad.

    It's cold here. We walked to the village. Stubbornly, I wore my shorts( it's May after all) and it took most of the way before I warmed up. We will have soup tonight as I have an early meeting.

    I have had a minor calamity with the top for Fraser's desk. Solved, I THINK, but I am delayed from finishing the job and moving it out. I will know this time tomorrow if my fix will suffice or if I will have to start over on the top.
